Here’s what you can expect from the program: We’re going to be:
How often would we meet during the six weeks, and the duration of each session?
We would meet 1x per week for 1 hour. I also follow up via text 1-2 times in between each weekly session to hold you accountable.
How much does the program cost?
The program is $1,000 for 6 weeks. A $340 deposit is required. The payment plan is broken up over 6 weeks which means the remaining two payments are due before the 3rd appointment and before the 5th appointment.
What are the most significant challenges your clients have faced using this program, and how have you helped them overcome them?
Most of my clients struggle with time-management, procrastination, prioritizing their relationship with God, and getting organized. They have goals that they want to accomplish but those obstacles have been keeping them stuck. In the Drained to Driven Program, I help my clients create flexible systems and routines for their life so they can accomplish their goals.
Client Case Study: Before Autumn [testimonial above] started the program she was experiencing morning dread every day and was constantly losing her items and running late to work.
Because she was all over the place, she was also feeling disconnected spiritually because she did not have time to spend time with God leaving her feeling easily irritated, drained, and without direction. After finishing the program recently, she implemented her new routines and systems and is now getting to work on time, plans out her days in advance, and has been able to consistently spend time with God.
She has also been able to complete a creative project that she had been procrastinating on for over 7 years due to the chaos in her life. She no longer feels that overwhelming heavy feeling each day and instead she is optimistic and at peace knowing that no matter what comes up, she's back in control.
What makes you and this program different from anyone else?
1. While other life coaches are centered in new age practices, I am a Christ-centered life coach. Because of this I am able to provide Holy Spirit led insight for my clients that helps them see hidden obstacles that they may have overlooked. The first priority is always to help them restore the consistency in their relationship with God so that they can be spiritually led.
2. In addition to being a Christian Life Coach, I have over 11 years of strategic planning experience with individuals and small businesses. With this I am able to provide a strategy that works no matter what my clients are balancing in their lives. I have used the systems and strategies in my own life during seasons of working multiple 9-5's while running a business, and even now in full-time entrepreneurship.
3. My accountability style is more intimate than most coaches. Most coaches meet with you once and then you don't hear from them until the next meeting, but I understand how easy it is to get distracted and fall into old habits, so I follow up with my clients via text in addition to praying for them even outside our sessions.
What do you consider a success once an individual completes your program?
During the first meeting me and my clients sit down and talk about what they want to accomplish by the end of the 6-weeks. I keep these goals in mind throughout the program so that the client doesn't lose sight of their original goal while they're doing the work. By the end of the program, I measure success by how the client feels they've succeeded in their goals.
My overall goal for every person that completes the program is that:
1. They have an established routine for spending time with God daily
2. They have an established weekly and daily routine to manage their lives
3. They feel more confident in approaching their goals now that they have the tools
